Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions
WHAT’S INCLUDED
This first subscription of the year celebrates ranunculus, and ranunculus alone. Each week’s bouquet is harvested fresh from the field, with colors and varieties shifting as the season unfolds. This isn’t a florist order, it’s a reflection of time, weather, and the quiet rhythms of the farm.
SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH AND SCHEDULE
Subscriptions run for four week intervals and are harvested for a specific pickup day each week. Because flowers are cut fresh for you, missed pickups cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
PICKUP DETAILS
Pickup Location: Wholehearted Blooms Farm Stand in West Sacramento
Pickup Day & Window: Pickups will take place on Saturdays or Sundays (your preference) once the ranunculus season begins. Pickup dates and details will be communicated in advance.
Bouquets not picked up during the designated window may be donated so the flowers can continue to bring joy.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payment is required to reserve your subscription and is processed through the website. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins, allowing us to plan crops, labor, and harvests with care.
CHANGES, PAUSES AND TRANSFERS
Subscriptions may be gifted or transferred to a friend or family member with advance notice.
Pauses or skips are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Please reach out at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
WEATHER & SEASONAL REALITIES
Flower farming is shaped by nature. Heat, frost, smoke, pests, and other forces beyond our control may affect bloom timing or quantity. If needed, we may substitute varieties or adjust bouquet size or timing. We promise clear communication and care in every decision.
OUR QUALITY PROMISE
Flowers are harvested at peak freshness and handled with intention. Once bouquets leave our hands, we cannot be responsible for vase life affected by transport, handling, or home conditions.

Each bouquet reflects what’s blooming right now. Expect seasonal variety, changing colors, and natural textures. No two weeks and no two bouquets are ever the same.

Subscriptions are farmer’s choice. This allows us to harvest flowers at their best and work in rhythm with the season.

Nature leads the way here. In rare cases, weather may impact bloom timing or quantity. If adjustments are needed, we’ll communicate clearly and always aim to deliver the best possible bouquet.

Vase life depends on flower varieties, care, and home conditions. We recommend fresh water every 1–2 days and keeping flowers out of direct heat and sun.

Because flowers are harvested specifically for subscribers, missed pickups are forfeited and may be donated. We’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for missed pickups.
